How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or indefinitely pause your subscription at anytime. You can do so by logging into your account or emailing us at info@heritagefoodsusa.com. Our team is also available to assist by phone at (718) 389-0985 Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST.

When does my first subscription order ship?

Your first order will be processed immediately to ship on the next available ship date (Monday through Wednesday), no matter what your frequency selection is. Your next order will automatically arrive at the frequency you have chosen. We ship out all future orders on Tuesdays for delivery by Thursday of the same week.

Can I set a delayed start date for my first subscription order?

Yes! Please put your requested first shipment date in the Notes Box at checkout and our team can make the necessary adjustments.

When do I get charged for my subscription?

Depending on the frequency you choose (weekly, bi-weekly, every 4 weeks or every 6 weeks), you will be charged based on those intervals.
