Andrew's Honey

This Wildflower Honey is derived from a variety of wildflowers and plants which are blooming during the spring, summer and fall months. It’s a thicker honey and the taste varies from month to month and year to year based on what’s in bloom.

The majority of the Wildflower Honey is sourced from hives located in Westchester, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut. A fourth generation beekeeper, Andrew Coté, the owner of Andrew's Local Honey, has been a pioneer in urban beekeeping. Andrew has hives all across the greater NY area from Westchester to the Waldorf Astoria in Midtown Manhattan. His raw honey has an incredible flavor that varies slightly with the seasons, depending on what is in bloom nearby. Andrew's family has been working honey bees since the 1800’s.
