Linguiça Pork Sausage Links We are happy to introduce a third sausage producer into our Heritage Foods family, Kyle Morse of The Mayor Meats in Virginia. The first of Kyle’s sausages that we are proud to feature is the Linguiça, a Portuguese style sausage with strong notes of paprika, oregano, and garlic. Linguiça has a long history, one that goes back to the Moors, who inhabited the Iberian peninsula in the 8thand 9thcentury.
