We first tasted this hamburger when visiting Paradise Locker Meats in Kansas City. The team told us that the creation they were most proud of was their delicious signature Wagyu burger made from a secret blend of the best cuts of the steer. After the first bite we were convinced, this was our favorite hamburger and the only one we would ever offer! These perfectly formed, ready-to-grill 8oz patties are juicy, tender, and flavorful. Our Wagyu patties are elegantly marbled with a bold beefy flavor. 

Porterhouse Pork Chops
Our Number One Best Seller! The porterhouse is truly a fantastic cut — the T-Bone of pork. Cut thick and marbled gorgeously, each piece includes both the tenderloin and loin section of the pig, making these chops a unique treat, easy to cook (just a few minutes on each side), and satisfying for even the most demanding meat lover!

Bone-in Chicken Thighs
For the dark meat lover, these bone-in, skin-on thighs are a dream come true. Our heritage chickens are raised free ranging on pasture, creating more intramuscular fat and connective tissue that locks in moisture and releases deep flavor while cooking. Thighs are a great candidate for slow roasting or braising. Each part is laced with ribbons of sun-yellow fat that self-baste the bird as it renders, resulting in silky meat and crackly bronzed skin.
