This package currently includes:

Tarentaise Cheese, one 8 oz package, Spring Brook Farm
A rich and complex Alpine-style cheese with a natural washed rind. Semi-firm in texture, and aged for a minimum of nine months.

Shelburne Cheddar Cheese, one 8 oz package, Shelburne Farms
This two year aged cheddar cheese is delicious and balanced: bright, fruity, and sharp, with a creamy texture and a long finish.

Parmigiano Reggiano, one 9 oz package, La Traversetolese, Parma, Italy
Made with raw milk, aged 24 months to sweet and nutty perfection 

Organic Rosemary Sea Salt Baked Crackers, one 5.5 oz container, Firehook Bakery

We have selected our favorite domestically produced cheeses from ASLF partner farms.
