Cabot Clothbound Cheddar Cheese, one 6 oz package, Jasper Hill Creamery, VT A hefty, beautiful, and rustic wheel that is rich and caramelly, speckled with bits of crystalline crunchy goodness. Aged for 12-14 months.
Pleasant Ridge Reserve Cheese, one 8 oz package, Uplands Cheese, WI An Alpine-style cheese aged between 6 to 11 months. Rich and hearty with notes of toasted nuts and caramel.
