A fruit and grassy raw cows' milk cheese that is washed with saltwater brine as it ages 3-4 months.

Pleasant Ridge Reserve Cheese, one 8 oz package, Uplands Cheese
An Alpine-style cheese aged between 6 to 11 months. Rich and hearty with notes of toasted nuts and caramel.

Alpha Tolman Cheese, one 6 oz package, Jasper Hill Creamery
A deliciously nutty Alpine-style cow's milk cheese is aged between 7 and 11 months in the Cellars at Japer Hill.

Appalachian Cheese, one 8 oz package, Meadow Creek Dairy
A tomme-style, semi-hard raw cow's milk cheese with a lush, vibrant flavor evocative of cream and butter, and a mushroom earthiness.

We have selected our favorite domestically produced cheeses from ASLF partner farms.
