Bacon Cooking Guidelines

OVEN 


1. Thaw and remove bacon from the packaging. 

2. Preheat oven to 325°F. 

3. On a foil lined sheet tray with a rack, cook for 25 minutes rotating the tray every 10 minutes until you reach the desired level of crispiness


SKILLET 


1. Thaw and remove bacon from the packaging. 

2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat, almost to smoking. No oil is needed! 

3. Place bacon slices, one at a time, into the skillet. Transfer finished bacon onto a plate lined with paper towel and pour off the fat from the pan after each round.


MICROWAVE 


1. Thaw and remove bacon from the packaging. 

2. Line a microwave safe plate with paper towels.  

3. Place bacon slices side-by-side on top of the paper towel and cover with an additional paper towel. 

4. Microwave on high for 2.5 minutes, making sure to check after 1 minute.
