Curry Chicken Salad from The Meat Hook
This is a quick and easy recipe perfect for leftover chicken.
Ingredients:
- 2.5lb pounds chicken meat picked
- 1 cup extra heavy mayo (Hellman's or Dukes)
- 2 sticks celery, small dice
- 1/2 red onion, small dice
- 2-3 scallions, sliced thin
- 3oz golden raisins
- 1 cup walnuts (measure then chop)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Combine in a bowl, toss lightly to coat, and serve!
