Beef salami seasoned with thyme, pepper, and Cabernet. 

Sliced Broadbent Long-Aged Ham, one 3oz pack, Broadbent
American style of prosciutto that is lighter, with a uniquely sweet and salty flavor.

Sliced Volpi Heritage Prosciutto, aged 18 months, one 3 oz pack, Volpi Foods

A rich and meaty salami using Tajima Wagyu Beef with notes of porcini mushrooms, garlic, and a red wine produced in Indiana.
