Roberta's famous pizzas are handmade and wood fired right around the corner from the Heritage Foods warehouse in Brooklyn, New York! Store your pizzas in the freezer and cook from frozen. Ready in only 5 minutes!

Margherita Ingredients: pizza crust (soft wheat pizza flour, enriched unbleached flour [hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], water, sourdough culture, sea salt, olive oil, yeast), fresh mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, vinegar, enzymes, water, sea salt), tomato sauce ([vine ripened tomatoes, basil leaves, calcium chloride, naturally derived citric acid], olive oil, sea salt), olive oil, sea salt, and basil leaves. Contains milk and wheat. 

Baby Sinclair Ingredients: pizza crust (water, unbleached hard and soft wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], sourdough culture, olive oil, sea salt, yeast), Toppings (cheddar cheese [unpasteurized cow's milk, cultures, salt, vegetable rennet], parmesan cheese [cow's milk, salt, rennet], lacinato kale, Calabrian chilies [100% Italian hot chili peppers, sunflower seed oil, vinegar, salt, natural herbs, citric acid {acidity regulator}, asorbic acid {antioxidant}, garlic). 


      In 2008, a pizza oven built in the Piemonte region of Italy and destined for a soon-to-open pizza place in Brooklyn was said by the shipper to be lost at sea. When it finally showed up, the owners of the restaurant had to tear down the wall to get the oven inside before they could fire it up. Little did anyone know at the time but that oven would launch a modern pizza revolution in America and put Bushwick on the international pizza map. We are proud to feature Roberta’s famous pizzas on our website.

      Besides producing great food, Roberta’s has rewritten the playbook on conviviality in the restaurant industry with their hand-built infrastructure and lovely garden in the back with outdoor seating. Roberta’s is also the site of the Heritage Radio Network which has grown into one of the most important food archives ever compiled.
