Our 100% pork meatballs use our celebrated heritage pork in Pepe Giocoli's classic recipe. All our pork comes from marbled heritage breeds raised on pasture by the same family farms that we have been working with for almost 24 years. These pork meatballs are a delicious mix of the world’s rarest breeds including Berkshire, Red Wattle, Old Spot, and Tamworth. 

Already seasoned and rolled, simply sear in a skillet until brown or bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees or your desired doneness — they are that good! Add tomato sauce or cherry tomatoes to make a saucy delicacy!

Ingredients: pork, grated pecorino romano cheese (pasteurized sheep’s milk cheese, cultures, salt, and enzymes), panko bread crumbs (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, yeast, and salt), potato starch, liquid eggs, salt, parsley, garlic, and black pepper.
