Our 100% pork meatballs use our celebrated heritage pork in Pepe's classic recipe. All our pork comes from marbled heritage breeds raised on pasture by the same family farms that we have been working with for almost 20 years. These pork meatballs are a delicious mix of the world’s rarest breeds including Berkshire, Red Wattle, Old Spot, and Tamworth. The blended meatball folds in the same succulent beef as that of our top selling Wagyu beef burgers, the best we have ever tasted!

Already seasoned and rolled, simply sear in a skillet until brown and finish in a 375 degree oven until internal temperature reaches 140 or desired doneness — they are that good!
