This is our leanest bacon, cut from our heritage breed loins and maple cured by the team at Paradise Locker Meats. Traditionally bacon is made from the belly, but we are also happy to feature bacon from the jowl, and now from our heritage pork loins which is by far our leanest and meatiest cut! This Canadian-style bacon is perfect for anyone who prefers a leaner bacon option.

The secret to great pork is to start off with great ingredients, and nothing beats our storied Heritage breeds —  Berkshire, Red Wattle, Duroc, Gloucestershire Old Spot, Large Black, and Tamworth. Each breed comes from a different culinary tradition, and boasts a distinctive, nuanced flavor.
