We find the cultured butter from Ploughgate to be the ideal cooking medium for this sandwich. Truly, what could be better than an ooey, gooey ham and cheese made with sustainably raised ingredients?!
Heritage Shaved Deli Ham, Berkshire Maple cured ham is at the cornerstone of American cooking, loved universally as the main ingredient for iconic sandwiches including ham and cheese and jambon beurre! Our deli ham is shaved and ready to eat. Each pack makes about 4 sandwiches. Eat in 40 days or freeze. Once opened, shaved ham can be stored in a ziploc bag for seven days.

Artisan Unsalted Butter, Ploughgate Creamery Ploughgate Creamery's butter is made from fresh Vermont cream sourced from the Monument Dairy at Bragg Farm in Weybridge, Vermont and brought to us by our friends at Saxelby Cheesemongers! The cream is cultured for 24 hours before being churned, giving the butter a distinct tangy and nutty flavor.
