It is almost impossible to find duck parts for sale anywhere, much less heritage duck raised to the high standards of the Good Shepherd Network. Duck is incredibly tasty, boasting sweet and earthy flavors and rich silky textures. Because of the high amount of fat that surrounds heritage breed duck, the meat is as rich tasting as anything you will ever eat.

We love to make duck chips out of the skin but the skin can be used to add fat to any recipe.
