Our Berkshire Program and Poultry Program Consortium Standards

We are proud to share our Consortium Standards for our Berkshire Program and for our full Poultry Program at Heritage Foods.

These standards are modeled after the format used by D.O.C. and D.O.P. products in Europe which trace all details of production to certify a product as traditional so that it can carry a government seal that signifies a quality product. We believe that these standards assure good taste in every bite!
