We are proud to introduce three styles of heritage meatball: turkey, 50/50 pork and beef and 100% pork — all using our celebrated meats in Pepe's classic recipe. All our turkey comes from standardbred animals raised by preeminent poultry breeder Frank Reese at Good Shepherd Poultry Ranch. All our pork comes from marbled heritage breeds raised on pasture by the same family farms that we have been working with for almost 20 years. These pork meatballs are a delicious mix of the world’s rarest breeds including Berkshire, Red Wattle, Old Spot, and Tamworth. The blended meatball folds in the same succulent beef as that of our top selling Wagyu beef burgers, the best we have ever tasted!
Already seasoned and rolled, simply sear and finish in the oven — they are that good! Or else add Mario Carbone's signature tomato sauce (which you can buy here) and make a saucy delicacy, served in a bowl with pasta or between buns!
