Tempesta's culatello is savory with deep flavor. It is made from the center cut of the leg and is cured with only salt, pepper, and red wine. It is cut from the most desirable part of the leg muscle, the center cut, and for this reason is often referred to as the King of charcuterie. If you have a meat slicer, this is an obvious choice, but it can also be easily sliced with a sharp knife! Each ham comes with a cloth netting for easy storage in the refrigerator where it lasts up to a year.
