This original salami by Tempesta Artisans is made exclusively from our heritage breed pork and uses the traditional spices and flavors of the cloudy valleys of the Piedmont region of Northern Italy, home to some of the best wines in the world including Barolo, Barbaresco, and other delicious styles made from the Nebbiolo grape! Piedmont is home to Bra, the home of Slow Food, Alba, the truffle capital of the world, and the beautiful Turin, the capital city of the region. Made with ginger, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, and red wine (from the Nebbiolo grape of course!), our heritage shoulder is ground, seasoned, and aged for 6 weeks by the Tempesta team including Antonio and his trusty sidekick Evan.

To enjoy the full spectrum of flavor, we recommend searing and then cooking in the oven to medium rare.
Parmigiano Reggiano, one 8-10 oz piece This is your classic Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, the KING of Italian cheese, perfect for topping any pasta or accompanying your favorite heritage salami and prosciutto on a charcuterie board! Aged for a minimum of 24 months and made from skimmed raw cow's milk, this Parmesan cheese is aged to sweet and nutty perfection.
