We‘re very excited to have these beautiful Wagyu steaks make a guest appearance on our site! These special steaks are sourced from Wagyu genetics owned by Jerry Reeves, a well known trailblazer in the Japanese Black Wagyu industry, that are crossed with Angus. The Masami cattle have plenty of access to pasture and feast on a diet that includes rolled barley, rolled corn, almond hulls, and wheat. The result is tender, silky, buttery ribeye steaks with light, clean beefy flavor. For those familiar with our Signature Wagyu, these steaks are milder in comparison and still totally delicious!
