Finocchiona Salami, 6oz each, JACüTERIE JACüTERIE in the Hudson Valley is making some of the most delicious cured meats in the nation. All of their salamis are made slowly over a 5 week process. We love the salami they produce, and we’ve selected the Finocchiona Salami to start our collaboration. An old Tuscan style salami with subtle hints of fennel, garlic, black pepper, and red wine.
