Happy HOG-ust everyone! We have officially kicked off a month long “HOG-ust” collaboration with Chef Gaetano Arnone of Otto Pizzeria e Enoteca celebrating and highlighting the relationship between Farmer, Purveyor and Chef. Through August 31st, Otto will be offering a whole hog menu dedicated to 100% heritage breed pork.
