Chef Spotlight:
Chef Tony Scotto owns and operates DPNB Pasta and Provisions in Nyack, NY. We first met Tony when he was making pasta for Mark Ladner at Lupa and Del Posto in New York, among many other ventures both local and international.
DPNB specializes in house made fresh pastas and prepared dishes, plus a curated Provisions section filled with products from trusted producers like our friend Cesare Casella. On the pasta front, you can expect the usual suspects like spaghetti and rigatoni but also some exciting squid ink varieties and melt in your mouth stuffed tortellini.
